Additionally, Top Benefits Executive requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. The Top Benefits Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Benefits Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Customer satisfaction and teamwork are two of our core values. In this role you’ll play an important part in helping ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality customer service to our benefit plan participants and their beneficiaries at a difficult time in their lives. You’ll work with your other members of the Survivor Benefits team as well as other members of the Customer Service department or other areas of Wespath to ensure these customers receive their benefits when they need them most.
