Develops and implements the strategic vision, service offerings, and operations of the behavioral health department. Provides comprehensive and current knowledge of behavioral health research and trends to provide up-to-date and effective practices. POSITION SUMMARY: Functions as a core member of an integrated behavioral health team that may involve the patient’s primary care provider in a clinic and/or school-based setting while adhering to all applicable state and federal confidentiality requirements. Works under the direction of licensed behavioral health and/or medical providers, is responsible for coordinating referrals, and supporting behavioral health services as outlined in the patient’s treatment plan.
