The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for using data to build reports that enhance the company’s ability to leverage cost-savings programs while improving efficiency in the supply chain process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
2. Compare and evaluate products and contracts to recommend strategies.
3. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information and using independent discretion to forecast outcomes.
4. Identifies areas for process improvements enhanced operational efficiencies, and establishes plans for implementation. Act as the project manager for the implementation of new initiatives.
5. Actively managing multiple time-sensitive requests, and effectively interfacing with all levels of management while supporting enhancements to the overall process.
6. Provides recommendations for utilizing company assets in lieu of buying new equipment in order to achieve cost avoidance objectives.
7. Collaborate with Director of Fleet to ensure appropriate inventory levels to meet project needs.
8. Building collaborative relationships by providing partnership and communication, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal teams.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
11. Works as a backup staff accountant as needed.
12. Other duties as assigned.
