Position Summary:
Within our three pillars of Technology, Asset Management, and Investment Operations, SEI has a goal of driving significant revenue and margin growth over the next 3-5 years. A key contributor in achieving this objective is the continued growth of its Asset Management business. SEI is looking for an Executive Vice President of Asset Management who will collaborate with the CEO in setting, and driving, the organizational vision for our asset management strategy, and working in partnership across the organization with other leaders. We are looking for an individual who can expand our current footprint, attack new segments, and manage a large existing business. Overseeing a team of approximately 1,000 employees, the individual will act as a transformational leader, dedicated to strategic change and will be responsible for translating this strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting and measuring for success in all operational areas. Key success measures include profitability, growth, and organizational performance as well as retention and satisfaction measures for both clients and associates.
