These passionate client-interfacing team members have the ressponsibility for ongoing Owner care by providing exemplary personalized customer service, demonstrating strong consultative travel knowledge, while ensuring each trip booking is executed with operational excellence. The Account Manager is prooactive in recognizing and resolving Owner issues and problems and provides Owners with timely, accurate and apporpirate communication.
