Job Description:
Account Executive’s main responsibility is to help grow the agency’s book of business by marketing and selling State Farm Insurance and Bank products. The position is also responsible for building relationships with existing clients and acting as a risk manager. If we don’t take care of our policyholders, someone else will. Our vision when a client calls or visits our office is that we will provide such an excellent service that the experience will result in our clients referring us to their friends and family. The account executive should make our policyholders feel special, important and sell the value of the agency.
The position requires a team player that has a friendly and caring attitude. Understanding and embracing the agency’s philosophy, goals, and direction are vital to the success of this position.
