Top Administrative Executive leads operations and plans all aspects of an organization's staff and service functions. Establishes the infrastructure and capacity to provide internal services to the organization. Being a Top Administrative Executive oversees multiple functions that typically include administrative/office, financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others. Develops the capital and operating budgets for each function. Additionally, Top Administrative Executive designs processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs. Sets overall performance goals and standards of service. Utilizes data analytics to measure activity and drive continuous improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to chief executive officer (ceo) or chief operating officer (coo). The Top Administrative Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Responsibilities
Front Office:
-Provide exceptional customer service through:
Administrative Support:
- Complete Administrative tasks as assigned by administration
- Sorting mail and receiving deliveries
- Office supply management
- Opening up the location in the mornings/Close location in the evenings
- Complete student transcript requests
- Process and code invoices: Responsible for all invoice management
- Data entry and file upload
- Assist in campus event planning
