Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the President/CEO of a handful of different businesses. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. As the right hand to the executive, you will play a crucial role in managing their daily affairs, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities:
-Manage and prioritize the President/CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
-Screen and respond to incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of the President/CEO
-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
-Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events
-Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks
-Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
-Act as a liaison between the President/CEO and employees, vendors, and customers
-Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
