We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team of insurance agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Duties:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and insurance documents
- Conduct research and compile data for various insurance policy renewals
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform general office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign
- Strong typing skills to accurately type and transcribe documents
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail for data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
