Gill Group, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Director of Accounting. This position will be in our Dexter, Missouri location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

· Work directly with the Director of Accounting.

· Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.

· Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.

· Maintain electronic filing systems.

· Maintain confidential and sensitive information.

· Accounts payable

· Accounts receivable

· Data Entry

· Daily Errands

· Work directly with clients on a daily basis.

· Lead Collection meetings.

· Work with Accounting Teams in sister companies.

· Work with Business Development Team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

· Customer Service

· Data Entry

· QuickBooks (Preferred)

· Time-management skills

· Organization skills

· Ability to pay attention to detail.

· Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.

· Interpersonal skills

· One year’s experience in supporting senior executive or team.

· One year's experience in Accounts Payable.

· One year's experience in Accounts Receivable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
