Top Marks Accounting provides full-service bookkeeping to small and mid-size companies. We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeepers with QuickBooks Online experience. Must be a go-getter with great communication skills and very personable.

This is a mostly remote position that will include the occasional in person meetings. Must be local to the Orlando area.

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

Duties to include:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Account reconciliation
• Payroll processing
• Preparation of financial reports
• Sales tax
• Customer relations

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills & strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is mandatory.
• Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP, accrual, and cash basis accounting
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Attention to detail & accuracy is a must!
• Strong math aptitude & ability to work accurately with numbers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have a reliable transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
