ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS
· Work directly with the Director of Accounting.
· Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
· Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.
· Maintain electronic filing systems.
· Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
· Accounts payable
· Accounts receivable
· Data Entry
· Daily Errands
· Work directly with clients on a daily basis.
· Lead Collection meetings.
· Work with Accounting Teams in sister companies.
· Work with Business Development Team.
