    Role

    So, who are we looking for?

    We are looking for a passionate Account Executive to work in our Stellantis (Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Abarth, Alpha Romeo, Jeep) team  reporting into two seasoned Account Managers.  You will need to be capable of working in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail.

    You will need to be good at juggling lots of projects and be capable of dealing with a wide variety of projects from dealing with customer queries on the Helpline, to managing campaigns, to being responsible for reporting on campaigns.

    Day-to-day you will be working closely with the Creative, Planning and Digital teams on various projects, briefs and digital developments/bugs to maintain a smooth running of the account. You will need good initiative to project manage and good communication across the various teams.

    You will love getting stuck into the detail, get excited about finding new ways to work and thrive on accurate delivery. You will have the ability to think creatively and be able to work collaboratively to find the most effective way of delivering a job. Above all we are looking for someone we will enjoy working with, who has a positive can-do attitude, who can be fully trusted and relied upon.

     

    What are the key responsibilities?

    • Building and maintaining strong Client relationships
    • Handling incoming and outgoing calls from IMT’s and Retailers, and helping advise on marketing communications and how to use the platform for marketing assets as well as dealing with customer queries regarding their Reward programme
    • Assisting with the trafficking of projects through the production process from briefing creative work through to the completed project

    • Working closely with the Digital team whether that be on projects or bugs/queries and carrying out thorough testing with the team
    • Responsible for providing team support to both Account Managers to ensure we meet our deliverables
    • Negotiating and gaining approval from the Client for all projects and creative work and to ensure that work is carried out to these agreements.
    • Responsibility for day to day budget management, monitoring all job costs, and obtaining approval before spend is committed.
    • Looking after internal and customer reporting for us and our clients. Keeping records and spreadsheets up to date and having a strong eye for detail

     

     

    Is there any specific experience, skills or qualifications needed?

     

    • Strong organizational skills, experience with dealing with customers from a marketing perspective.
    • An understanding of the basic elements of advertising and marketing
    • Good understanding of digital projects and processes would be ideal and experience of agency processes and systems.
    • Excellent administrative skills and the ability to juggle many projects.
