    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with existing/potential clients to learn about their business and identify product solutions while establishing long-term business relationships.
    • Coordinate with clients on risk management initiatives such as loss control, data & analytics, and safety program development.
    • Direct and organize the renewal strategies for your portfolio of clients.
    • Develop a marketing strategy based on client review and knowledge of the insurance marketplace.
    • Oversee and drive the day-to-day servicing for your assigned clients.
    • Perform due diligence reviews on prospective acquisition targets in order to confirm coverage details and identify any potential gaps for our partner sponsors. 
    • Establish a clear and consistent cadence early on with both the producer and your account manager as it relates to due diligence reviews, marketing programs, and client servicing, and where needed, provide additional guidance and support. 
     
    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong understanding of Insurance and Risk Management requirements needed to support the Commercial Lines space.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
    • Ability to listen, understand and communicate client objectives to achieve desired results.
    • Must be a personable, highly motivated, goal oriented individual, that is driven to achieve sales goals.
    • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • OH Producers License.
