    IST Management is hiring a National Account Executive, Facilities Management Sales professional in the Washington DC marketplace. 3-5 years' sales experience is required, but no specific prior Facilities Management experience is required.  You will drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance. Ideal candidates will have had success in a direct outside sales position previously with a consecutive tenure of three years or more.

    Compensation Schedule

    This is salaried, full time sales position with a base compensation of $80,000.00 - $80,000.00, plus commissions earnings up to 13% uncapped, and full benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, LTD/STD, identity theft, parental leave, pet insurance, and more. This position includes a paid, 6-week sales training program at IST Management’s corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia, with one optional expensed weekend trip home. After training, this is a remote and schedule-autonomous position, with the expectation of in person appointments with prospects and clients as needed in and around the Washington DC marketplace.

    Responsibilities

    You will drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance.

    • Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts
    • Maintains a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve revenue and activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis
    • Has the ability to make compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels of the organization
    • Participates in FM and IFM networking events to expand business relationships

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidates will have had success in a direct outside sales position previously with a consecutive tenure of three years or more. 

    • Must have 3-5 year’s sales experience - required
    • Adept at building business relationships that result in new and repeat business
    • Persuasive communication and presentation skills
    • Advanced computer skills, including internet savvy, social media skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
    • Legal US authorization to work for any employer and high school diploma or GED
