CIVIL FOREMAN (TELECOM) - TOOL TECH, LLC
What we are looking for in a Civil Foreman:
1. The ability and desire to grow our Civil Division into more than just Cellular. (Government/Public Works & Residential) Experience in any of these areas is a plus.
2. The ability to run the full project (Bidding, Planning, Layout, Scheduling, keeping up with customer demands, Training, Managing and Closeout Project)
3. Someone who is capable of autonomy as you will be running remote crews.
4. Being a part of a team and working with other divisions of the company.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
· Initiative for generating your own business opportunities and being proactive in locating new clients.
· Writing skills for writing budgets, proposals and plans along with documenting work progress for clients and others involved
· Customer-service skills to communicate with inspectors and administration to develop a positive working relationship.
· Training, mentoring and managing employees and contractors
· Leading a 2-to-3-person team
· Ability to read and apply information from various construction documents including but not limited to construction drawings and permit packets
· Ability to set up jurisdictional and special inspections as needed and coordinate with the parties performing these services
· Ability to assess accuracy of construction documents and bring into question parameters that conflict with each other or elements at the job site not considered by the CDs
· Setting up and communicating with various agencies for utility locates prior to digging
· Underground utility installation skillset
o Trenching with proper grading and depth
o Conduit installation
o Vault installation
o Proper backfill with marking as required
o Pull string installation
· Concrete flatwork and pad and pier foundation work
o Grading
o Forming
o Rebar ordering and installation
o Pouring
o Finishing usually to a broom finish
· Roadwork skillset
o Clearing and grubbing
o Grading
o Fabric installation
o Rock installation
o Compaction
· Excavator experience
· CDL Class A ODL required
· OSHA 10 hour, 30 hour, Trenching and Excavation Certifications are a plus

Starting Compensation:
Depending on Experience $30.00-$60.00 per hour
