Position:

Tool and Die Repair Technician

Company Information:

Talent Tool & Die, Inc. is a privately owned corporation that specializes in building various types of single and progressive die productions, assembly, fabrication, laser cutting, plastics, and wire E.D.M.

Summary:

The Die Repair Technician is responsible for repair and proper maintenance of dies, tooling, and fixtures to ensure customer specifications and internal efficiencies are met.

Essential Functions:

• Build, repair, and maintain dies, tooling, and fixtures.
• Reads and interprets blueprints to ensure dies are repaired and maintained to customer specifications.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and increase production efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of two years related experience is preferred.
• Experience working with repair and transfer of dies, tool room equipment and machinery.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, bend and stand throughout each shift

Pay: $22.90 - $27.58 per hour
