· Create Virtual Factory Setup for BIW, Trim & Chassis Robot Stages with Modules & I/O Signals
· Validate Stage with Process Sheet, Movement Flow, Robot I/O & from Other Reference Documents
· Feedback Sheet Preparation for Concerns & Clarification with Counter Measure Proposal
· Preparing Manuals based on the Training, Operational Time Reduction & Quality Improvements
· Establish good communication with all suppliers & customers.
· Keep high motivation and guide new engineers in the team. Skill up continuously
· Follow and achieve project guidelines/KPI and Department KPI. Follow Key Milestones and report the progress daily to superior.
Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile) with Good Knowledge in Automotive field
Good knowledge in BIW domain and auto background.
