As a Customer Order Specialist, you will be responsible for putting jobs and making changes in a digital database. You will play a crucial role in ensuring jobs entered are correct in an ever changing environment. If you the ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Enter jobs into production system from various sources, i.e., software, email, paper, verbal.
• Review purchase orders received to ensure required information has been provided and double checked.
• Enter and update purchase orders based on active job changes or pending jobs released.
• Manage open orders report to ensure no discrepancies.
• Generate and reconcile various daily reports.
• Properly and efficiently file electronic and paper documents.
• Miscellaneous administrative duties related to quotes, PO, etc. (filing, scanning, archiving, etc.)
• Carefully examine and cross reference all documents for information necessary to complete services.

Requirements:

• HS diploma required
• Expert computer skills
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities using time management and organizational skills
• Self motivated and detail orientated
