Job Description

MTM is seeking a high energetic self-independent working individual that has proven experience in being a vital part of a high growth company. The chosen team member will be primarily responsible for the following:

• Ability to read blueprints & specifications
• Interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Programs mills and lathes
• Creating own set ups from simple to complex parts
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions and/or irregularities
• Document in process inspection of work
• Able to operate independently to set up multiple machines for complex parts

Requirements

· High School equivalent or technical machine operation training a plus

· Speed is a factor in success, time is of the essence in out business

· Familiar with Standard Quality Management Systems

· Manual machining experience a plus

· 3 or more years of CNC operating experience preferred

· Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
