We’re looking for an experienced Tooling Machining Candidate, someone who has completed a CNC Machining Program. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced Machinist and Toolmaker.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set Up and operates CNC lathes and/or Milling machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.
• Makes all edits and adjustments as required to produce details to work orders/drawing specifications/sketches.
• The ability to operate more than one machine is required.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of feeds, speeds and cutting tool application.
• Inspects work for all dimensional features as required.
• Produces quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements.
• Performs duties always exercising good machining practices.
• Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets. 
• Maintains coolant tanks and fills as necessary. 
• Assists new and less experienced operators as requested.
• Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.

Qualifications:

Skills:

• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Troubleshooting skills

Education and/or Experience:

• High School or equivalent 
• 3 years of tooling experience
• Experience with reading and interrupting blueprints
• Experience with Lathes, Bridgeport’s, EDM’s (not required), Milling and CNC
• Sheet Metal Fabrication Experience a plus
• Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.
