Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Purchasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the customer relationships, driving sales, purchasing, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Experience with building trades, tools, and automotive products preferred

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and purchase products from vendors
- Collaborate with external sales teams to maximize sales opportunities
- Oversee contract management, logistics, procurement, and supply chain activities
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers and suppliers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure effective procurement management and supplier relationship management

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales management and or purchasing
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and procurement practices
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in supplier management is a plus

Pay: $67,084.00 - $73,009.00 per year
