This position is full time (currently a hybrid remote and in office position). Attention to detail is a must to succeed as a part of our team! Our Richmond office provides free employee parking. Responsibilities: Examining title reports to determine property ownership, lien priority, outstanding taxes and other delinquent amounts and defects in title; Updating firm and client systems with title summaries; Communicating with clients, courts, insurance companies and outside law firms; Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: One (1) year of title processing, abstracting or related settlement experience is preferred; Ability to handle a large volume of files and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Analytical thinking, research ability and attention to detail; Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to multitask; Qualified candidates must demonstrate excellent computer, organizational and time management skills; High school diploma or equivalent – college coursework desired.
