Must have the ability to understand and apply written/verbal instructions and the ability to delegate instructions. Requirements: · MUST HAVE ACTIVE NC REAL ESTATE LICENSE· B.S. degree from an accredited curriculum in a related field· Preferred- SR/WA designation from the international Right of Way Association (IRWA). Minimum of 7 years related experience · Prior Right of Way acquisition, relocation, and eminent domain experience, project management and/or real estate experience preferred.· Ability to read and understand title and appraisal reports and land surveys.· Demonstrated knowledge of general real estate law.· Demonstrated understanding of title work.· Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Ability to work independently.· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet priorities and deadlines.· Demonstrated presentation skills.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
