Senior Title Examiner / Underwriting Support
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to serve as a Senior Title Examiner for Best Homes Title Agency and BHT Commercial Title & Escrow Services. The candidate must be confident examining and preparing all residential and commercial title insurance products that vary in complexity, whether previously abstracted or requires direct abstracting, examination, and preparation of the title commitment. The candidate must be proficient in mapping metes and bounds legal descriptions, and not intimidated by client expectations or learning guidelines and procedures for our multi-state operation.

You are comfortable with technology and confident in utilizing your knowledge of title insurance underwriting guidelines; however, never hesitate to seek guidance when presented with a new situation or nuance.
