    Qualifications

    In order to qualify for the Program Examiner position, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

    FOR THE GS-13 LEVEL:
    Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties:
    • Advising leadership and making recommendation concerning policy;
    • Improving program performance and efficiency in such areas as budgets, procurement, or information resources;
    • Synthesizing multiple information sources to effectively communicate conclusions orally or in writing;
    • Conducting conference and meetings with executive level stakeholders; and
    • Direct staff and interns by coordinating assigned work and supervising team efforts.
