The Title Examiner will work collaboratively with our loan originations team and loan closers to contact Title Companies or Law Offices to acquire information and Title for review and analysis. With the help of our attorneys and closers, the role will be able to prioritize files, clear up concerns or questions on Title to clear the path for closing, examine deed of trust, liens, judgments, easements, restrictions or other issues impacting Title, and determine if there are any underlying issues that would prevent a clear Title for the Lender.
Ideal candidates will have an Associates degree in paralegal studies from an ABA accredited institution, experience performing Title review and examination, exposure to real estate and either banking or lending, and thrive in a fast-paced environment working both independently and collaboratively.
