Full job description
TITLE SEARCHER and TITLE EXAMINER with at least 5 year's experience at a title insurance company.
Preferably with long order, commercial and industrial experience.
Type of title work will include:
Fee title, leasehold estates, easements, oil/gas/mineral rights.
Proficient with computer, online title searching websites, title company code book for write-ups of reports, MS Word, Excel, creating electronic files, uploading and downloading files and documents.
Preferably with the ability to search the Grantor/Grantee Indices and back plant (Lot Book Accounts).
May involve some in the field work and could involve some overtime work.
