Responsibilities:

• Work in TCS point of sale system to track customers, set up quotes, and process work orders.
• Answer phones and provide excellent over-the-phone customer service.
• Work with customers in person to provide options and information regarding many different tire manufacturers, models, and sizes, ensuring the customer gets the right tires for their needs and budget.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other stores to locate and transport tires to your location when needed.
• Manage a team of tire technicians, creating work schedules, managing performance, and provide training.

• Prior sales experience is preferred, especially in a tire/automotive setting.
• Prior experience with TCS point of sale system is helpful but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills. Ask the right questions in order to make the right sales recommendations.
• Finding creative solutions to uncommon issues, thinking outside the box.
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, accountability, conscientiousness, and ownership mentality.
• Do the right thing, every time.
