Overview
Miller Tire Pros & Service is looking for a qualified manager. The primary job involves overseeing all operations in our retail tire & automotive repair shop. You would be responsible for delivering a World Class experience to our existing customers while trying to build a new customer base.
Miller Tire Pros & Service sells replacement passenger tires and provides under car automotive repair services throughout Grand Island and the tri-city area.
The ideal candidate would have previous sales & management experience in a retail setting or like industry.Experience in the automotive field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity
Oversee the day to day operations of the store
Constructing and implementing Schedules while staying within payroll budgets.
Controlling costs to keep operations profitable
Responsible for sales & profit attainment (P&L).
Ensuring safety procedures are followed
Controlling work flow to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Time Management
