Guardian A Place To Call Home in Nashville, GA is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. We are located on 308 W. Washington Ave., Nashville, GA. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, reliable, enthusiastic, flexiable when needed to answer calls after hours as needed or assist caregivers, and has some healthcare experience/knowledge.

Responsibilities

*Coordinate and schedule appointments *Assist residents to doctor's appointments *Maintain a positive and efficient working environment *Willing to assist with care when needed *Greet and assist visitors, families, vendors, and potential residents, and staff *Manage employee HR records and new hire orientation *Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility

Qualifications

*Flexible and versatile to make sure the needs/care of the residents are met. *Experience in a managerial role *Strong Leadership *Orangizational along with decision-making skills *Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively *Great written and verbal communication skills *High attention to detail *Familiarity with computer systems and software that applies *Healthcare experience
