Why should you join our team as a Sales Manager?

“The sort of person who would do well as a Sales Manager here is someone who has a positive attitude, leads by example, has a drive to succeed, possesses strong communication skills and works well with a team. I love that the events we sell provide a positive team bonding and team building opportunity for families, friends and co-workers. I also love hearing the positive feedback from clients who had such a great time here they can't wait to come back! For me, personally, hosting some of the non-profit groups for events and fundraisers also gives me a strong feeling of satisfaction and purpose in my role.” - Jennifer W., Sales Manager in Suwanee, GA

“The most important thing I do is help our clients and guests find the best mix of activities, games, and food to create their most FUN experience. To sell for Main Event I think someone should of course have great sales skills. We have a wonderful product, so that’s a great start, but creating loyal customers is always a sales win. Also essential — good basic hospitality skills and a genuine interest in all types of people. Luckily, we have a broad client base, so on any given day I may talk to a mom booking a birthday party, a coach booking a team field trip, and a CEO booking a celebration for his start-up team -all before lunch. Finally, being a team player is always on the list, but it really matters.” - Deborah M., Sales Manager in Memphis, TN
