Work Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5pm with rotating weekend schedule
Our Event Ticket Fulfillment Associate will work closely with the Head of Operations to manage event ticket inventory as well as fulfill orders. It’s important to be a quick learner, have strong problem solving skills, and have the ability to work with and navigate through computer software and websites efficiently. It’s also crucial that this position maintain a level of professionalism as this position is the main person of contact for the ticket exchanges (Vivid Seats, Stubhub etc) when it comes to any information regarding orders.

The Event Ticket Fulfillment Associate position’s main objective is to manage/organize event ticket inventory. As well as receiving and processing incoming orders and making sure every part of delivery is completed.
