Ticket Manager (Sports Event) - Higher Ed. jobs in Iowa

TBK Bank Sports Complex is looking for part-time Sports Event Staff. 

1-2 openings for Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8am to 4pm for a total of  10 - 20 hours a week.  

2-3 openings for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday between 9am and midnight. Shifts would be 4-6 hours for a total of 10-20 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with set up and tear down of events. This could include but not limited to setting up chairs, table, volleyball nets, soccer fields, baseball and softball fences, and admission gates.
• Able to assist during events with guest and event provider questions.
• Assist with keeping the complex clean and organized. This may include pulling trash, wiping down tables, and sweeping floors.
• Ensure the complex is set up and ready for events.
• Assist front desk as needed.
• Answer guest, member, and employee questions about the facility schedule.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

•  High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to work nights and weekends if needed
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time and lift/move 50-75lbs
