Textbook Manager manages the textbook department of the campus bookstore. Purchases the necessary texts for university courses, makes pricing decisions, and keeps track of inventory and sales. Being a Textbook Manager develops textbook buy back programs and return policies. Supervises the preparation and return of overstock and defective books. Additionally, Textbook Manager may lead and direct the work of others. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a bookstore manager. The Textbook Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Textbook Manager typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. In 2021, the Underground Cocktail Club was debuted in Chicago. The venues are known for attracting celebrities such as Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, David Beckham, Ludacris, Michael Jordan, John Mayer, John Legend and Miley Cyrus.
Underground Cocktail Club Nashville is currently seeking a talented Bar Manager/Mixologist to be part of a world class nightclub.
Applicants should possess rock solid craft cocktail knowledge and experience, inspiring service, creative impulses, high standards, fluent in trends, a strong sense of humor and decent taste in music.
Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Attributes- Mixology experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well-organized with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Must complete Food Handlers and BASSET Certificate
- Prolonged periods of standing and preparing drinks
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
