Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, and studenet appointments
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budgeting
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Develop and implement training programs for staff members
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in calendar management, event planning, phone systems, QuickBooks, and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial record keeping
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus
