PILOT INCENTIVES
The Aircraft Maintenance Pilot (AMP) assigned to a Guardian Flight Regional Maintenance Facility is responsible for performing maintenance check flights of company aircraft and other duties as per the duties and responsibilities listed below to the highest degree of competence and safety in compliance with all applicable 14 CFR regulatory requirements as well as company policy and procedures. The AMP will report directly to the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) for all duties as assigned. The AMP will be accountable to the Assistant Chief Pilot (ACP) for the region and/or aircraft fleet type assigned for compliance with pilot training requirements, qualifications, documentation, and associated tasks.
