Test Engineering Supervisor supervises the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of testing procedures and strategies for products, systems, components, or modifications. Oversees the identification of functional problems and leads the analysis, and interpretation of test results. Being a Test Engineering Supervisor oversees the documentation, definition and maintenance of internal quality control standards and reliability programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Test Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Test Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.     Knowledge of data acquisition systems and data analysis techniques
    Hardware project management experience
    Knowledge of computer control systems
    Preferred Requirements:
    Master's degree in an engineering discipline
    Knowledge of ICE and battery electric vehicles is desirable
    Good analytical skills
    Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
    Experienced user of Microsoft office products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Knowledge using Matlab and Python.
    High organizational and planning skills
    Very effective communicator with the ability to create and give presentations
    Additional Must Haves
    2nd Shift, Self-starter, multi-tasking and ability to set priorities
