Here's what you'd do:

• The Test Supervisor supports production and engineering activities in power electronics assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Meets daily Test Production Requirements.
• Supervises, trains, assigns work, and assists Test Technicians daily.
• Contributes information to the Senior Engineer regarding Test Technician's job performance to aid in employee performance reviews.
• Generates Non-Conforming Reports (NCR) based on product or component discrepancies.
• Works from redlined drawings to modify circuits.
• Checks Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies against schematics for correct assemblies.
• Performs test setups for standard testing.
• Performs and follows acceptance test procedures.
• Follows oral and written instructions for special tests.
• Follows document control basics.
• Follows quality assurance procedures.
• Supports production and engineering including, testing using automated test equipment, reporting any anomalies observed, tests and trouble-shoots assemblies, subassemblies, and components, modifies current products for special testing per given instructions.
• Follows company production safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair RMA units.
• Programing automated test equipment.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

Hours: 40hr/week

Length: Temp to Direct.
