Test Engineering Supervisor supervises the evaluation, recommendation and implementation of testing procedures and strategies for products, systems, components, or modifications. Oversees the identification of functional problems and leads the analysis, and interpretation of test results. Being a Test Engineering Supervisor oversees the documentation, definition and maintenance of internal quality control standards and reliability programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Test Engineering Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Test Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. SALARY : $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
BENEFITS : All eligible full time employees will receive Paid Annual Leave (PAL) starting at 23 days per year and raising by one day per year following one full calendar year of employment (January through December).
They will also be offered health benefits and will be automatically enrolled in employer paid short and long term disability and life insurance.

Laboring : The contractors workers may be required to perform non-skilled tasks (e.g., act as helping hands, perform tasks which do not require special trade training) to support accomplishment of work performed by other trades to ensure hot work operations execute on schedule.
