Job Title: Territory Manager

Job Type: Full-time, uncapped commission structure. $100,000 target income.

Location/Brands: THCa Wholesale, Casa Verde Cannabis, DEEW Premium Cannabis (Remote)

Job Summary: THCa-Wholesale is a premier provider of award-winning cannabis products, dedicated to delivering excellence to our customers with over 5 years experience in the industry and a large portfolio of existing happy clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships, and represent our top-tier products in designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for cannabis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion within the territory, including new retail accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Drive sales growth by prospecting new accounts and nurturing existing relationships within the assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person regular meetings with retail locations to promote THCa-Wholesale products and secure new orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Develop a deep understanding of THCa-Wholesale's product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• 5 years track record of success in sales, preferably within the cannabis or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Sufficient computer skills and familiarity with Pipedrive CRM a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
