Salary/rate: $45,000 / year Uncapped Commission. $90k-$110k first year at plan.

About the Role: The Territory Manager will be responsible for growing their market by educating call points on a regular basis while growing accounts to increase sales. The role requires having great relationships and ongoing communication with ordering providers. Additionally, the Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering products and educating patients. This position provides the opportunity to grow rapidly with an uncapped commission plan.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures.
· Develop and maintain working knowledge of products offered.
· Manage his/her territory to reach revenue goals.
· Develop relationships with ordering physicians and call points.
· Visit with patients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
· Promote products to all referral sources in the territory.
· Call upon all major referral sources on an ongoing basis.
· Assist with implementation of quality improvement program to meet company and accreditation standards.
· Specialize in demonstration, education, and communication in the proper use of device(s) to patients and call points.
· Demonstrate complete understanding of conditions we manage.
· Willingness to travel within territory
· Demonstrate understanding of competitors and call points.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· 2- 5 years of business to business sales experience and / or equivalent sales experience.
· Willing to obtain necessary documentation to access facilities.
· Excellent time management skills by alternating time between patient care and market growth.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Background and Drug Screening.
