This position will assist in the production of bicycle rims, frames and/or small parts in the manufacturing area.
SMALL PARTS LAYUP TECHNICIAN JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare parts and preform bonding and finishing of composite fabric
- fit components into product molds using hand tools and hard/soft bladders.
- Assist in the lay-up of engineering prototypes
- Assist in preforming rework as required
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of routine engineering design drawings.
- 1 year Manufacturing experience required.
- MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED
- Close attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques.
- Self-Motivated
- Fast-paced/Quick Learn
- English Required
- Requires standing, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping for long periods of time.
- Lift up to 40lbs
- $18/hr.
- Monday through Thursday | 6AM-4:30PM
