Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Terminal Manager - Small works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Responsibilities include:
- Manage department heads and budgets
- Hire staff and all other personnel actions
- Ensure proper care and accommodations for each resident
- Build good relationships with residents and families
- Participate in resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition
- Implement and monitor safety protocols
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Reports directly to the President of The Courvilles
- Collaborate with General Managers from the 3 other Courville communities
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience in the senior care setting
- Knowledge of functional areas and department processes
- Passion for working with seniors
