Experience and Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in quick-service restaurants
Culinary experience (prep & cooking)
Front of house/ service experience
Experience with cooking equipment, maintaining, troubleshooting issues, general comfortability with use
Responsible for the financial health of the restaurant ( profit & loss statement, forecasting, strategizing for growth)
Scheduling & payroll experience
Experience in recruiting, hiring & training
Experience with managing teams of 25 employees
Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees, and ownership.
