Ensure compliance regarding safety and company policy procedures.
Supervise and plan daily activities of all drivers.
Oversight of truck/trailer maintenance and repair.
Manage office clerk activities.
Daily reporting tasks.
Monitor, observe and record productivity.
Responsible to monitor and audit electronic driver logs for DOT compliance.
Follow through with application and training of new drivers, including all proper documentation completed and processed.
