This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 2 years of experience sourcing and or managing a portfolio of clients with $1mm - 10mm in annual revenue Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally Ability to balances needs of clients with associated risks and interests of Wells Fargo 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales Established network in the local market Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate Microsoft Office skills A BS/BA degree or higher Job Expectations: Position will be responsible for visiting customers and prospects outside of the branch location within an assigned market/geography. Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation.
