Small Giants, on behalf of one of our clients, is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This company offers premier-quality property management services for retail and mixed-use properties of any size. The company currently manages seven large-scale properties.

Their team is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager interested in growing their career with this company. Experienced in managing a diverse portfolio of large properties, this individual will be responsible for the following.

Core responsibilities include:

• Desire/aspire to transition to Asset Management with a willingness to work towards this goal within the company.
• Participate in Growing Third-Party Management Accounts:
  • Willingness and ability to support the company in expanding its third-party property management services.
  • Experience or aptitude for developing and nurturing client relationships.
• Experience with Retail Shopping Centers—Familiarity with managing retail properties, particularly shopping centers.
• Ability to Manage Specific Portfolio—Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including large-scale assets.
• Strong Self-Confidence and Competence:
  • Confident in their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in property management is essential. Minimum five years of related on-site property management and renewal leasing experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company culture and practices
• Growth-oriented Individual
• Demonstrated ambition to advance within their position.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Ability to respond to many emails and/or phone requests that may arrive during the day, during the evening, or over the weekend
• Ability to collaboratively work in a dynamic team environment
• Solid analytical skills
• General understanding and competence in the use of Yardi
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including computer proficiency
• Ability to work well with deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business discipline preferred
• Any ICSC designation or other designation is preferred but not required
