The Terminal Manager is responsible for the direct management and supervision of the operations team, ensuring safe and timely service movement of loads, load assignment and providing the best service to our customers. The Terminal Manager will monitor P&L and oversee all activities to ensure the terminal operates efficiently and at optimal capacity. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and responsibility for all driver’s compliance and company regulations.
· Oversee the daily terminal activities to ensure equipment coverage and availability.
· Ensure administrative duties are performed such as payroll, management of the Net-Revenue budget, driver counseling, accident reviews, filing and documenting, resolving pay issues, analyzing P&L statements, invoicing and/or creating operational or financial reports.
· Identify operational goals and take direct or indirect actions to achieve them.
· Lead and support our team, including drivers, tank wash personnel, maintenance staff, dispatchers, and clerical workers.
· Develop comprehensive training programs for new operations employees and maintain ongoing training initiatives for existing staff.
· Establish cross-training schedules to ensure coverage during absences. Redundancy measures are essential for uninterrupted operations.
· Meet customer requirements and uphold the standards set by upper management. Your commitment to quality service is paramount.

Minimum Requirements
· 5 years of equivalent experience in the Liquid Chemicals or Dry Bulk
· Truckload transportation operations.
· Leadership and Interpersonal skills

· Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Safety Knowledge: Understand ISO, OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations.
