We are looking for a Terminal Manager for a client who provides national transportation for a niche market. They provide LTL services.
The Terminal Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and Profit and Loss activity for the terminal.
Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead, and direct the loading and unloading of freight.
Train, monitor, and enforce dock loading freight flow and bar-coding procedures.
Manage the dock and driver personnel
Provide executive management with financial reporting regarding the level of activity within the terminal.
Education and preferred experience:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
Minimum two years’ experience in managing a facility
Understand LTL operations
